2-What are the requirements?
Your Katz Project Manager will be able to help you check your local ordinances and regulations to ensure your project meets the requirements your local government might have for an ADU project. We will know if permits are needed and obtain them for your project.
3-Do you need an architect?
Projects that need plumbing, layout changes, additional stories, or new structures will often require an architect or structural engineering services in addition to the construction services. You won’t have to worry with Katz Design & Builders – we can help you with all these design scenarios.
