The Long Beach Modern Openness project stands as a hallmark of Katz Design & Builders’ innovative approach to contemporary living spaces. Situated in Long Beach, CA, this project involved a complete renovation of the kitchen, including the strategic removal of a load-bearing wall to create an expansive, open-plan layout.
