Front yard block wall, hardscape, and landscape project in city of Long Beach, CA

Katz Design & Builders recently completed a front yard block wall, hardscape, and landscape project in the city of Long Beach, CA, and the results are truly stunning.

The team at Katz Design & Builders started by removing the existing front yard landscape and hardscape, which included a dilapidated wood fence and a poorly designed walkway. They then excavated the area and graded the soil to prepare for the new block wall, hardscape, and landscape.

The block wall, constructed of high-quality concrete blocks, serves as both a functional and decorative element in the front yard. It adds privacy and security to the property, while also providing a beautiful backdrop for the new hardscape and landscape features.

The hardscape, made up of interlocking pavers, creates a cohesive and inviting look for the front yard. The pavers were carefully selected to complement the block wall and the surrounding architecture of the home. A new walkway and front porch area were also constructed using the same pavers, creating a seamless transition from the street to the front door.
